New Zealand has beautiful houses there is hardly any house which is touching the neighbours walls, they are stand alone Bunglows mostly duplex and Waiheka is known for their own designer houses owned by rich and famous. And the houses are ranging between 79000 New Zealand Dollars to about 1500 thousand dollars. They range from 2-3 Bedroom apartments. Interestingly there is a continuos increase in prices. This island is habitated by about 15000 thousand people, its about 100 square Kilometer area. Its a place where there are 16 plus wineyards and it for me for wine tasting. These are the few houses i could really capture.
